St. John’s Episcopal Church is located in Lynchburg, Virginia. We are nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountain range and bordered by the historic James River.  The area offers numerous historic sites, one of the best urban trail systems in the Commonwealth and many excellent cultural and recreational opportunities.  The City of Lynchburg is about 50 square miles, it is located near the geographic center of the state.
