Eucharistic Visitor Training

Eucharistic Visitor Training Graphic

This summer, St. John's is bringing back our Eucharistic Visitors (EV)!

This is a special ministry that brings communion to those who are unable to be in church in-person and who are valued members of our community. EV's are called upon once or twice a month to bring communion to people in their home or assisted living facilities. This is a very meaningful ministry to those who participate as EV's and to those who are able to receive the sacrament of Holy Eucharist more often.

Join us June 28 at 1:00p to learn more about this ministry and undergo training. Bring a bag lunch, and the church will offer beverages and desserts for you to enjoy during the training.

You do not need to commit to be an EV to come to this luncheon; we simply ask that you come with an open spirit to discern if you'd be right for this ministry.

We hope to resume sending out EV's in July, as we know the need is very great among our community!
